Product Designer at UpNest

UpNest is a real estate agent marketplace that helps homeowners choose an agent who can best help them and offers a network of 10,000+ participating agents in all 50 states.

I joined as Lead Product Designer in 2020 with a mission to help deliver simple and efficient solutions to empower buyers, sellers and agents, while aiming at conversion. I worked closely with engineers and product managers, from understanding the needs of different end-users, building prototypes, validating and developing fresh ideas.
